Susan Palmer along with two silent partners bought the business and officially took over on the 1st November 1994, after Doug Horner the previous owner retired.

Susan had already owned two other businesses which gave her the confidence, experience and courage to take on a new challenge.

Doug worked with Susan for a while introducing her to the complexities of Strata Management.

At the time of the take over, Susan was the only Strata Manager, with strong support behind the scenes. This gave her very personal contact with all of her unit owners and Strata Corporations and also exposed her to all aspects of Strata living, particularly in regard to the Strata Titles Act, 1988, and the bearing this has on unit owners. It also highlighted the most basic, important requirement to be successful in this field. In a word it is "service."

Service needs to be backed up not just with enthusiasm, but with knowledge, systems and technology, and that knowledge base continues to grow with ongoing training, both in-house and through courses available through real estate associations. Susan herself, acquired a Diploma of Business (Real Estate) in 2003 to support the experience she had gained in the former nine years as a Body Corporate Manager. This ethos of providing the best service possible to unit owners has been the focus handed on to each new Manager or Team member.

Clearly this has worked as the business has grown substantially over the last fifteen years and now encompasses rental properties and sales. There are now four other Managers and a brilliant team of front office staff and assistants.
