    Rosemary joined the Horner Management team in 2013 as a Body Corporate Manager. Prior to this Rosemary was a Body Corporate Manager in South Africa for over 10 years. Rosemary started her career as a Sectional Title Manager in 2003 and completed her certificate for the Sectional Title Scheme Management Course from the University of Cape Town and Faculty of Law Department in conjunction with Paddocks Learning in 2007. Rosemary is currently a practicing member of the SCA (SA).

    As Body Corporate Manager for Castle Hill Estate Rosemary Rae is a consummate professional. Her expertise allows our community to function most effectively and she is unfailingly efficient in dealing with the myriad of issues that arise. Her courtesy, good humour and willingness to go the ‘extra yard’ to help us navigate the rules and regulations that govern us, makes her indispensable to our operations.
