Horner Management Information Night 2022

Each year Horner Management hosts and information evening for owners in strata - this year's exciting line up already has owners talking.

As part of our commitment to educating our clients about strata, we hold an evening where owners can find out about issues affecting strata in South Australia and get tips about improving their group's function.


Our 2022 informational evening, held in August at The Lakes Hotel, included several of our trade partners across the strata spectrum.


Ben Corby from Strata Community Insurance discussed the insurance needs of community and strata titled groups and the importance of having the right level of cover.


Nick Beneke from Ray White Glenelg talked about things that help increase the value of a property and things to consider when selling a strata property.


Travis Milburn, the owner of Adelaide General Property Maintenance, talked to owners about preventative maintenance and expediting quotes. This talk was very popular among attendees and resulted in follow-up calls in the following days.


Our final speaker was our CEO Carrie McInerney, who hosted an open Q & A session where owners could ask general questions around strata and present specific situations they were concerned about and which others may benefit from hearing about.


We believe these events are important as they make a broader contribution to the strata industry, fostering understanding in our communities and building an awareness of how strata works and practically affects our owners.


Added to this, the ROI is that our discussions with clients are improved, and our owners have more positive outcomes in managing their assets.
