I want to let you know (and I'm sure you already are aware) that Krysee is an absolute joy to deal with over the phone. She has an extremely positive, happy manner. She is always professional and helpful and my spirits lift when she answers the phone because I know she will follow-up on any issue that arises. In fact, all of the staff at Horner's are great; however, Krysee stands out with her genuine 'pleased to hear from you' manner.
Many members of this strata have mentioned her positive, bubbly attitude to me in the past. I'm sure she has to deal with difficult residents on many occasions but manages to deal with these in a mature, professional manner.
I would like to commend you on the meeting last night and the proactive approach to getting certain ongoing jobs completed in the near future.
Your knowledge of Strata and prompt answers to questions was very well received by nearly all in attendance.
I think we finally have a well informed, conscientious, efficient Management company.
The Horner Newsletter also proclaimed their 21 years of service. As our Strata has been in existence for almost 25 years, we were one of those that transitioned” from Doug Horner to the “new” company, and in fact Doug chaired our first few AGMs before passing over to Susan Palmer. We have had a good run with Strata Managers over the years looking after us quite well. Our current manager is up there with them, if not ahead.
I wish to thank you very much for the total professionalism, but at the same time the personal touch you have shown during this contract. It has allowed me to continue with my work overseas and not give a thought to that aspect of my home life. I would not hesitate to engage Horner Management once more.
