Property Management Quote
Your investment property is one of your most valued assets, and so it should be managed and maintained by experts who will treat it like their own. At Horner Management, we provide a professional service and advice throughout your tenant's occupancy, guaranteeing your investment affords you optimum income.
Our services include documentation, bond lodgement and initial inspections, quarterly inspections, tribunal hearings and EFY statements. Our after-hours emergency number allows tenants to contact us at any time to deal with any unexpected maintenance issues promptly.
We have a handpicked selection of tradespeople who regularly attend to our properties and offer reliable, quality service. We can also use your preferred tradespeople.
Management
Management Fee: Call our office for the current rates.
Letting Fee: 2 weeks rent + GST for a 12 month lease sign up
1 week rent + GST for a 6 month lease sign up.
Administration
Rent Review: No charge
Maintenance: No commissions - as charged by contractor only
Key Cutting: At cost (if landlord cannot provide 3 sets of keys)
Advertising
Internet: No charge to be advertised on our website with photos and description of the property.
$195.00 to be advertised for 1 month on www.realestate.com.au
Photography: No charge (Taken at all initial, quarterly and final inspections)
