Our story, our team
As one of South Australia's oldest owned and operated Strata Management companies, Horner Management prides itself on the relationships and attention to detail that they show their strata groups.

Carrie McInerney joined Horner Management in 2001, was promoted to General Manager in 2007, and has served as CEO since 2009. She holds a Certificate IV in Real Estate Sales, a Certificate IV in Property Management, and a Certificate in Strata Management. In 2024, Carrie also completed a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, enabling her to deliver industry training for the Strata Community Association (SCA).

Under Carrie’s leadership, Horner Management has built a strong reputation for excellence, earning multiple accolades from the Strata Community Association. In recognition of her contribution to the industry, Carrie was named a Strata Industry Leader in 2016 and elected President of the SCA (SA/NT) in 2024.
