Carrie McInerney has been with Horner Management since 2001 and has significantly contributed to the growth and evolution of the business. She was promoted to General Manager in 2007 and later became Chief Executive Officer in 2009, a role she still holds today.

Under Carrie’s leadership, Horner Management has built a strong reputation for excellence within the strata and property industry. The business has received multiple accolades from the Strata Community Association, reflecting a sustained commitment to high standards, professionalism, and client service.

Carrie is widely respected for her steady, principled leadership style and deep industry knowledge. She is known for setting clear expectations, leading with integrity, and maintaining a strong focus on governance and best practice. Her approach has helped shape a culture of accountability, capability, and professionalism across the business.

In recognition of her contribution to the broader strata sector, Carrie was awarded the SCA (SA) Strata Industry Leader in 2016, SCA (SA) Senior Strata Manager in 2020, and elected President of the Strata Community Association (SA/NT) in 2024. Through both her role at Horner Management and her industry involvement, Carrie continues to influence positive outcomes for clients, staff, and the wider community.
